Über Genjo Marinello Osho

Genjo Marinello ist Abt von Dai Bai Zan Cho Bi Zen Ji, einem Rinzai Zen Tempel in Seattle.

Marinello wurde im Japanischen Zen Tempel Ryutaku-Ji ausgebildet und wurde 2008 zum Dharma-Nachfolger in der Rinzai-Zen-Linie ernannt. Marinello ist außerdem ein staatlich zertifizierter Berater in „Mental Health“, stand als Buddhistischer Pastor dem Monroe Correctional Complex zur Verfügung und lehrte auch in anderen Gefängnissen Meditation.

Genjo Marinello hat an vier Zeugnis-Ablegen-Retreats mit dem Zen-Meister Bernie Glassman teilgenommen: 2012 und 2013 in Auschwitz, 2014 in Ruanda, 2015 in den Black Hills, South Dakota.

Seine Lebensgeschichte ist in dem aktuellen Buch „Cypress Trees in the Garden: The Second Generation of Zen Teaching in America“ von Richard Bryan McDaniel dokumentiert ( im Buchhandel oder über Amazon erhältlich)
